How long for each consultation?

We usually set aside a half hour to an hour for each initial consultation depending on the type of matter and our office hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm.
 

Mobile Service

If you are a senior and have difficult with mobility or you are unable to leave your place of work, we will be able to travel to your home or workplace for a consultation free of charge within the Albury/Wodonga town centres. A reasonable fee will be charged if we are required to travel outside this area.
 

Evening, Weekend, Holiday Appointments

We do not normally schedule evening, weekend or holiday appointments, but we may be able to accommodate you if there are special circumstances.
 

Consultation Cost

The first half hour of your initial consultation is free. An initial consultation fee is included in your first bill if you require further services and in that case, we charge out solicitors at a rate of $275.00 per hour (inc GST) for the initial consultation after the first half hour. How long the consultation lasts depends on the questions you ask, how well prepared you are and how complicated your situation is. Some services such as conveyancing, wills and powers of attorney are charged at a fixed fee, therefore no hourly rates will apply to those matters. For more information on fees click here.
